Last night, my friend's commpany celebrated its fifth anniversary. We gathered online to celebrate and enjoy the marriage of Chirashi-sushi and Sake. It was such a delicious combination. I've coordinated with my Art textile "Tenpyo phoenixes with floral karakusa-Green bamboo on charcoal black". With this coodination, the table became gorgeous!!
Hollyhock (futaba-aoi) is the sacred crest of Kyoto’s Shimogamo Shrine. Since the Heian period (794-1185), the shrine has held a Hollyhock Festival each May in which floats decorated with hollyhock leaves wind through the streets. This Japanese motif, treasured since ancient times as a plant connecting humanity and the divine,is woven in bright colors to create a clutch bag that also complements casual outfits. If you ask me,"Why do you love Kyoto?"I will answer that I love the back alleys of Kyoto. There are amazing and beautiful discoveries.
Every morning a warbler comes to a tree in my garden ,stays there for a long time and keeps whispering. Thank you for your brilliant mornings. On a gray sky,I decorate interior with a blue color textil that makes you feel refreshed. I Think you are in the blue sky above the clouds or in the blue sea.
